The architecture is simple — a long block of a couple of dozen floors, a pool by the sea and shops downstairs. The location, though, is unbeatable: the sand is 30–50 metres away, and the sunset from a sea-side balcony comes every evening. For its balance of price and beachfront the complex has been loved by long-stayers for decades: studios from ~$280–370/month, view units cost more.
Best for: For pragmatists: maximum sea for your money, if you're happy to pick a unit by its renovation photos.
