Bang Saray beach is 5–7 minutes by bike, surrounded by calm countryside living. It's one of the most affordable ways to winter by the sea south of Pattaya: studios from ~$200–280/month, from ~$13/night. Transport is a must — there's little within walking distance.
Best for: For budget-minded long-stayers with a bike: bay views, quiet and a budget well below the city's.
