The apartments are studios and one- to two-bedroom units with modern finishes; the sea side gets views over the bay.
The sand of Wongamat is a 3–5 minute walk; the beach itself is the cleanest and most respectable in the city. Naklua with its fish market is nearby, and Terminal 21 and the centre are 5–10 minutes away. Rent: studios from ~$330–465/month, from ~$24/night.
