The Riviera Jomtien is a tower of several dozen floors by the local developer Riviera Group, completed in the late 2010s at the northern edge of Jomtien, on the border with Pratumnak. Podium pools, an infinity zone with a bay panorama at the top, a gym and security. The apartments are studios and one- to two-bedroom units with modern finishes.
The calm Dongtan beach and the start of the Jomtien promenade are a 3–5 minute walk; songthaews run both ways nearby — into central Pattaya and along Jomtien. The complex is in high rental demand year-round: studios from ~$330–445/month, from ~$24/night.
Best for: For those who want newness by the sea: the beach on foot, rooftop views and the whole Jomtien seafront nearby.
