Lumpini Park Beach is a large complex of several towers by the Thai developer LPN, completed in the mid-2010s opposite the northern part of Jomtien beach. Pools, a gym, shops on site and security. The apartments are compact — mostly studios and small one-bedrooms.
This is the most affordable way to live 'across the road from the sea' in Jomtien: no luxury pretensions, but the sand is 2–3 minutes away, with the night market and songthaew stops nearby. A classic of the budget winter stay: studios from ~$220–310/month, from ~$14/night.
Best for: For budget-minded long-stayers: the sea across the road at the lowest beachfront budget.

Why is it so cheap by the sea?
Compact studios and a mass-market format: you pay for the location, not for luxury. For a 'live by the sea' budget it's one of the best options in the city.
Are the studios cramped?
The studios are small but have everything you need: a kitchen zone, a bathroom, a balcony. For one or two people it works fine.
